MELTING

Provided with the following “Inducto Therm” make melting furnace:
1. Medium frequency – Tritrack Melting Furnace with 3 crucibles of 1 Ton capacity with power load of 2250KW
2. Medium frequency – Dual Track Melting Furnace with 2 crucibles of 1 Ton capacity with a power load of 750KW
3. Medium frequency – Melting Furnace with 2 crucibles of 1 Ton capacity with power load of 1000KW
Suitable metal handling systems like monorails and cranes are available

GREEN SAND MOULDING

1. ARPA 900 Moulding Machine – 1 Pair with box size of 850 x 650 x 250 mm (Casting weight 40 Kgs to 100 Kgs)

2. ARPA 300 Moulding Machine – 1 Pair with box size of 400 x 520 x 200 mm (Casting weight 0.5 Kgs to 25 Kgs)

OMEGA NO-BAKE FAST LOOP MOULDING

Box size : 1000 x 1000 x 500mm (Casting weight 100Kgs – 250Kgs)

Omega No-Bake Floor Moulding Line: Casting weight 2 Tons / Piece customized mould box

CORE SHOP

1. Cold Box core shooter to size : 400 x 400 x 300 – 2 Nos

2. Cold Box core shooter to size : 600 x 400 x 500 – 1 No

3. Cold Box core shooter to size : 200 x 150 x 300 mm – 1 No

4. Shell core shooter to size : 375 x 350 x 350 mm – 1 No

FETTLING SHOP

A separate, in-house fettling shop with the following machines:
Fettling Bed – 20 Nos
Swing Machine – 10 Nos
With Cutting & Mount Point Machine.

SHOT BLASTING

500 Kgs Hook Type Shot Blasting – 1 No

Handling by Vinar Conveyer System – 1 Set

PATTERN SHOP

For maintenance of existing patterns in house pattern shop available.

QUALITY CONTROL

A full fledged lab for Testing incoming raw material and process control. In addition to the testing of chemical, metallurgical and mechanical properties for every batch of production, castings are inspected visually and dimensionally at pre-fettling and pre-dispatch stage.
